Alice Campbell Staffing, Inc. (ACS) opened its doors in August of 1981 to service the special personnel needs of the businesses, medical centers, corporations, associations and state agencies of Springfield and the surrounding area.  Being a local company, our services have always been founded on quality and good value.   We are proud of the reputation we have built over the years.  Our office is well established and able to service your needs.  

     ACS is the only company in down-state Illinois chosen to be a member of The Independent Professional Society of Staffing Services (TIPSS).  We subscribe to and adhere to the organizations Code of Ethics, and to their high standards of operation.  This network of 35 members reaches from San Francisco to New York and we meet twice a year to learn about and discuss the latest trends in the industry.  This keeps us abreast of employment law and other such important factors.  It also enables us to share our ideas on recruitment, retention, testing, and other methods that allow us to better serve our clients.  Weekend seminars are also sponsored for staff members where they are kept abreast of changes in employment law and  taught new methods of interviewing, placement, recruitment and retention by industry experts.  ACS has twice received the TIPSS  Quality of Service award.

ACS is a Springfield owned and operated organization, enabling us to have the flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our Springfield clients:

• Decisions are made locally; therefore, clients and employees can expect immediate response to their questions or concerns
• Invoices and payroll checks are processed locally giving us the flexibility to handle extenuating circumstances.
• Checks are drawn on local banks, and available weekly at our local office.  They are not mailed from out of state.  They may be picked up, mailed or deposited directly.  Large groups can be delivered to the work site.
• Moneys earned by the organization and its staff are kept within the area and, therefore, stimulate the local economy.

ACS is located at 2121 West White Oaks Drive, Springfield, IL 62704. We are ideally located to attract the maximum number of applicants so that we have quality selection.  We are two blocks from Veterans Parkway and our office has an abundance of parking for easy access.
