 When you come to your appointment, please bring two forms of identification -- a state ID or

 driver's license and a birth certificate or social security card. A valid passport fulfills all

 requirements.

 At your appointment you will complete paperwork, do clerical skills testing and interview

 with the  job placement counselor.
