After submitting the application to the ACS office we request you call (217)793-5522 to set up an appointment.  At the time of the appointment you will complete paperwork, do clerical skills testing and interview with the job placement counselor.  

You will be required to bring identification with you to the appointment.  These can either be a state ID or drivers license and birth certificate or social security card.  If you provide a passport it replaces all of the above.
