ACS recognizes the importance of their employees to the success of their business. We take pride in providing quality work opportunities to individuals at competitive
pay rates. We pay our employees weekly, paychecks are drawn on a local bank and the checks are cut in our office. They are available for pick up or mail each Thursday. Direct deposit is also available
to ACS employees. ACS will deliver checks to the work site for large groups at the request of the client. Because we feel that human dignity and positive feelings of self worth are important, we strive to treat
our employees in the best possible fashion. One of our newer innovations is to refer to these employees as staffers or field staffers rather than just temporaries. Our "staffers"
also receive birthday

ACS offers its employees the opportunity to
improve their skills. This exemplifies the company's commitment to their employees, and this commitment is rewarded with employee loyalty. ACS uses the QWIZ Program to offer free training to
help employees develop or enhance their secretarial, clerical, data entry, and
software skills. We use self-paced training modules and we subscribe to QWIZ updates so that employees can learn the
newest, ever-changing office automation software packages.
Constructive Reviews:
Counseling employees and discussing client
evaluations help employees ascertain their strengths and weaknesses. This knowledge empowers them to achieve personal growth and development.
