You may be best suited for temporary assignments if you need flexibility in your schedule and if you enjoy new and different experiences. Some temporary job assignments are short term (a day!) while others may last several months. Some are part time and others are full time.

We recognize the importance of our temporary staffers to the success of our business. We take pride in offering quality work opportunities at competitive pay rates. 

We pay our employees weekly and paychecks are drawn on a local bank. Paychecks can be directly deposited in employees' bank accounts each Thursday or they are available for pick up or mail each Thursday. ACS will deliver checks to the work site for large groups at the request of the client.

Because we feel human dignity and positive feelings of self worth are important, we always treat our employees with respect and care. We help them prepare for each new assignment and show our appreciation through various recognition and reward programs.

Health Benefits. Alice Campbell Staffing offers temporary staffers access to a low-cost medical benefit plan. Those who enroll in the medical plan also may apply for dental, vision, term life insurance and short-term disability coverage.. Weekly premiums start at just $20.91 for individual coverage. Dependents may be covered at an additional cost.

QWIZ Skills Enhancement. We offer employees the opportunity to improve their skills using our software tutorials. This free training can help enhance secretarial, clerical, data entry and software skills. We use self-paced training modules and we subscribe to QWIZ updates so that employees can learn the latest office automation software packages.

Constructive Reviews.  Counseling employees and discussing client evaluations help employees ascertain their strengths and weaknesses. This knowledge empowers them to achieve personal growth and development.

Recognition and Appreciation.  We remember our employees with birthday and holiday greetings. Long-term employees are rewarded at regular intervals with flowers delivered to their workplace, Christmas gifts and other tokens of appreciation.
