  • Description:  Taylorville call center seeks customer service rep to respond to incoming customer calls.

  • Requirements: Requires HS degree. Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent phone etiquette.

  • Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • Salary: $8.25/hr.

  • Position: Store Manager Career Opportunity

  • Description: A large privately-owned chain in the video and game rental industry is seeking candidates for Store Manager Trainees to grow into the position of Store Manager. The retailer has more than 570 stores in 16 states and employs more than 5,500 employees. The company will provide hands-on training to prepare the trainees for all aspects of store management and operations including: exceptional customer service, hiring and scheduling staff, financial management, inventory control, store security & maintenance, staff development and team building and enforcement of policies and procedures.

  • Qualifications: The company is looking for candidates who have a commitment to customer service and an entrepreneurial spirit.  College degree and retail experience required. Other qualifications include professional in attitude, dress and grooming.  Individual must be willing to relocate.

  • Rewards: Starting salary is $24,000 - $30,000 for trainees and $30,000 - $50,000 for store managers. Benefits include medical/dental, profit sharing, 401(k) plan and more. Will be interviewing and training at Corporate headquarters in Springfield.
