All of our staff has been trained on COATS (Complete Office Automation for Temporary and Staffing Services).  This state-of-the-art software enables us to coordinate all areas of the office with client and employee information at the fingertips of everyone in the office.  All payroll and related functions are in-house.

    The in-house staff utilizes the team approach.  Although a specific placement counselor will be assigned to your account, you will have total office back-up for those times when your contact is on vacation or is out of the office.  Our controller will also be available to you for any questions or concerns.

    Staff members at ACS are professional and experienced in all phases of temporary staffing placement.   

ALICE CAMPBELL
PRESIDENT/OWNER

Alice started the company in 1981.  She is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.  Her previous employment included Administrative Assistant with the City of Springfield, part time sales and substituting as a teacher in the District 186 schools.

CRAIG CAMPBELL
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Craig is a graduate of Arizona State University.  He has been an Investment Banker in Springfield, Chicago, St. Louis and New York.  He has been associated with ACS since 1992.  He serves on the board of Boys and Girls Club and Big Brother, Big Sister.

TANIA MESSETT TIBBS
FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Tania schedules appointments for new applicants and takes job orders from clients.  She also tests and trains applicants and employees on QWIZ.  She attended ISU, spent 4 years in the Personnel Department at Northeastern University in Chicago and spent 7 years living out of the country.  She has been with ACS since September of 1996.

DENISE WILLIAMS
JOB PLACEMENT COUNSELOR

Denise is responsible for interviewing the job applicants, taking job orders from clients and placing the candidates in jobs.  She has years of experience in the temporary staffing industry.  Denise has been a valued staff member at ACS for 6+ years.  She is a graduate of UIS with a degree in Sociology.
