The in-house staff at Alice Campbell Staffing (ACS)
pride themselves on meeting clients' needs with prompt, efficient and professional
service. They are experienced in all facets of temporary staffing and use a team
approach to serving clients.
All staff members at ACS have been trained on COATS (Complete
Office Automation for Temporary and Staffing Services). This state-of-the-art
software enables us to coordinate all aspects of our services with client and
employee information at the fingertips of everyone in the office. All payroll
and related functions are performed in-house.
Alice Campbell, President/Owner
Alice founded ACS in 1981 and continues to be a
driving force in the firm. Her
dedication to quality service
and commitment to value are pillars of ACS. Alice
is
a graduate
of the University of Illinois with a bachelor's
degree
in liberal arts and
sciences.
Her previous employment includes working as an
administrative
assistant
with the City of Springfield,
part-time sales
and substitute teaching
in
District 186 schools.
Tania Messett Tibbs, Office Manager
Tania
keeps our busy office running smoothly. She is often the first point of
contact for clients and job applicants. Among her responsibilities are
scheduling
appointments for
new
applicants, testing and training applicants/employees,
and
handling
payroll and client billing. Tania attended Illinois State
University
and
worked
for four years in personnel at Northeastern University
in Chicago. She
spent seven years living
and working out of the country before joining ACS in
1996.
Denise
Williams, Job Placement Counselor
Denise performs the important role of finding
just the right job candidates to
meet clients'
staffing needs. She works closely with clients
to obtain a detailed
job
description. She also interviews job applicants,
reviews their resumes and
checks
their test scores and to
assess their
experience, skill and client
compatibility.
Denise has many years of experience in
the temporary
staffing
industry. She
has been a valued staff member at ACS for
10 years. She is a
graduate
of University
of Illinois-Springfield with a
degree in sociology.
Jean Campbell, Business Manager
Jean is responsible for business development and
staff recruitment. She has a
bachelor's degree in journalism/public
relations from Northern Illinois University.
She joined Alice Campbell Staffing in 2008 after
working in community relations
at St. John's Hospital for 16 years. She is a
member of Illinois Women in
Leadership and the Central Illinois Chapter of
the Society of Human Resource
Management.
Craig
Campbell, Chief Financial Officer
Craig joined ACS in 1992 after working as an
investment banker in Springfield,
Chicago, St. Louis and New York. He is a
graduate of Arizona State University.
He oversees the financial aspects of ACS. His
volunteer service includes serving
on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs and Big
Brother, Big Sister. He currently
is a member of Rotary
International. |
