Staffing Options


Alice Campbell Staffing offers three staffing arrangements.

  • Temporary Staffing to fill in when an employee is out sick, on vacation or on a leave of absence . . . when you need extra help with a project . . . or when you have a seasonal uptick in business.

  • Temp-to-Hire Staffing when you're not sure you need a permanent employee and wish to "try out"  someone before making a long-term commitment.

  • Direct Hire when you are confident and ready to take on a new permanent employee.


Regardless of the staffing option you choose, you can be assured that Alice Campbell Staffing performs a thorough evaluation of candidates. We start by working closely with clients to obtain a clear, complete job description. From there, our services include:


  • Recruiting via print, radio and online job posting sites

  • Resume review

  • In-depth interviews with candidates

  • Verification of previous employment

  • Reference checks

  • Background checks including criminal, credit, etc.

  • Drug screening (if requested).

Skills Assessments


ACS uses a state-of-the-art, online skills assessment program called "Assess" that offers hundreds of tests to evaluate applicants' proficiency required by a broad range of positions.This gives us (and our
